Release tension in just a few minutes – comfortably while seated.
Do you know that feeling when your neck, back or legs are simply stiff and tense after a long day?
You want to do something about it – but lie down on the floor every time, pull out a foam roller and roll over it with your own body weight? For many people, that is exactly why fascia massage ends up back in the closet sooner or later.
There is an easier way.
With the Woodstick FLEX, you can massage tense areas in a targeted way – comfortably while seated and exactly when you need it.
No floor. No complicated exercises. No body weight needed.
Simply place it, roll it and control the pressure yourself using the two handles.
Why the grooved surface makes the difference
As you roll, the special grooved structure creates a natural vibration effect. Even light pressure delivers an intense massage. If you want to work certain spots harder, simply increase the pressure to massage tense areas and trigger points in a targeted way.
You always decide for yourself how intense the session should feel.
Flexible instead of rigid
A rigid massage stick can only follow your body to a limited extent.
The Woodstick FLEX, on the other hand, gives slightly during use and adapts to the contours of your body. This lets you reach areas like your neck, lower back, thighs or calves in a targeted and controlled way.
5 minutes that fit easily into your day
On the couch after a long workday.
At your desk during a short break.
Before training to warm up.
After exercise to relax.
Or simply in between, whenever your muscles feel tight again.
You need neither a mat nor an elaborate routine. The Woodstick is ready to use right away and can be used practically anywhere.
More than just a quick massage
With regular use, the massage can help:
✓ loosen tense muscles in a targeted way
✓ support circulation
✓ promote mobility
✓ relax muscles strained by exercise or everyday life
✓ integrate a simple relaxation routine into your day
Natural ash wood instead of plastic
The Woodstick FLEX is made from natural ash wood. The wood feels pleasantly warm on the skin and offers a completely different feel than cold plastic massage devices.
Sturdy, durable and designed for regular use.
Your massage. Your pressure. Your moment.
You don't have to wait until someone has time to massage your tense neck or back.
Grab the Woodstick, place it where you need the massage and set the intensity yourself.
Just sit down. Place. Roll. Relax.
